screen is blue

when i power up my powerbook the screen goes through the normal start up and then stays blue--nothing else is showing

ideas?

But make sure to read through the entries before deciding what your problem actually could be. The linked document is quite old and contains information that doesn't make much sense in Panther/Tiger.
