I am finding the refresh on the contents of windows rather frustrating, only clicking on a file con, will make it update, if anything has changed (thus date modified becomes obsolete!)
Also the other day a user copied a file across a network to a folder on the network for me, the window which was open, I couldn't see it when I looked in the folder and closing and opening didn't help at all, however a colleague could see the folder on OS9, when he then copied it to another folder which I hadn't opened yet, it showed up.
If the finder is going to resemble a browser it needs a functioning refresh button.
Is there a way to do this at present, even via the terminal window?
