A few years ago Metacrawler used to display subheadings with their search results. If you searched for "car" it might have "car dealers", "used car", "new car models", "car insurance", etc, and that guidance really helped narrow your search to zero in on a page of relevant or fairly relevant hits. Obviously if you were looking for a "new car model" you don't want to look at all the "used car" hits. Now Google just displays miscellaneous guesses. You may have to wade through hundreds of hits to get a few relevant. Are there any search engines that use subheadings any more? Or was that just too logical?
Also to be able to eliminate commercial sellers when doing some searches (-.com is useless as so many guide sites use .com) would be great as well.
