Select no for all in Safari

You can create any keyboard shortcut for almost anything by opening System Preferences->Keyboard & Mouse and select the + button. When the pop-down comes down make your shortcut the way you want making sure it doesn't conflict with an already shortcut key. If you do copy a shortcut a red indicator will appear beside the two shortcuts that have the same key combination.
