I have been using Entourage for one of my clients both onsite and offsite. When onsite I hook up directly to the local server. When offsite I pull my webmail directly into a second mailbox in Entourage via the exchange server. This has been working fine for about 9 months.
Now, the company moved and did not 'reconfigure' anything, but ever since I can no longer connect onsite. (webmail is not an option onsite) My email now seems like it is connected, but will not send/receive email. I am getting an error something like "there has been a server interuption" when I try to send. The other problem is now when I am offsite, both mail boxes are connecting (previously only the exchange mailbox would connect remotely and the other mailbox always said "not connected".
