Services sub-menu question

I would like to use the grab option in the services menu, but for some reason it never lets me select any of the options in it. They are all always that faded grey color. Anyone know what I can do to get that option to work?

No, not from the services menu, but you can use the Grab program in the utilities folder. Anyone know how to use the Services Grab menu items?
