Set all finder windows to "list view"

Hello,

I always use the "list" view when using the finder to have as much info as possible on the files. I also quite often look into bundles, frameworks with the finder.
My problem is that every new directory that I open is defaulted to "big icons" view. If I press on the toolbar on the "list view", it remembers my setting correctly. However, I'm looking for a way to have the list view in all my directories, no exceptions. I fed up with clicking on the toolbar :)
How can I do that?

Hi, This irritated me too. I was wanting the folders to automatically open in column view, not list view, and there is a way of doing that. When in Finder go to Finder-->Preferences-->General There is tick box for opening folders in coumn view.

Sorry its not list view but it kinda is and better. Maybe someone else knows a clever way to get list view.
