Set Master Password on shell script

Hello,

I tried to search the site for the answer to this with no success so I wanted to ask the question here. I am setting up several Mac's with blank or no created Master Password but want my users to set them up on login so using a Login Hook, how do I write a shell script to request the users input for a Master Password?
