Set MTU pemanently

How can I set permanently MTU on 10.1?
Every time I wanna share my internet connection I have to set mtu with:
sudo ifconfig en0 mtu 1490
and after restartin, mtu has turned to 1500.

I have to set mtu to 1490 as I have dsl connection on my pc and with this trick I can use the connection also on my powerbook ...

I used vi command to create this two files, so there wouldn't be errors. I don't know how to proceed ....
