Share PC internet to MAC

Hello, I have to share my PC (WinXP SP3) internet to Mac G4 running on MacOS 9.0.4 through second network card in my pc with help of LAN cable. So what should I do? Help please.

Your telling me you don't have a router? Go to the store and buy a router and use that to share your internet connection.
