Hi,

I am looking to get a calender setup on our OS 10.4 Server (G5 Tower).

The requirements are this...
• all members of staff can view and edit the calendar.
• it can be access when using the VPN we have in place.

It is so we can keep track of apointments and holidays ect etc.

Nothing to complex, and something everyone on our mac network can access and edit etc.

If we can get a pc too use it too then great if not its no hassle.

just a calendar I have managed to setup the mail server and everyone is using office 2004 entourage (god knows why I prefer mail myself ;) ).

Webcalendar looks nice - I'll be thinking between that and http://www.igroupcal.com/ myself for similar needs (actually, only for home use .. so about 6 user access, possibly VPN, and all users need to be approved first but all should be able to edit...)
for igroupcal, at least tomcat is already installed on Server - just may need to configure it a bit ...

Kerio MailServer 6 is an excellent solution, and gives you great email options to boot! It's also pretty price competitive and the calendar is accesible through the public folders of Entourage or Outlook, as well as iCal or the webmail program. Schweeeet!
