Sharing Preferences crash

Whenever I open my Sharing control panel, Systems Preferences crashes. It only happens with Sharing and only on my Wall Street Powerbook. No problem with the G4 tower.

I think I read somewhere about how you can trash the preference files in OS X and let them rebuild but I don't remember the procedure. Anybody heard this?

Specs:
- Wall Street (upgraded to 466 MHz CPU)
- 320 MB RAM
- 18 GB HD
- OS X Final

I have the same problem. When I click on the sharing preference pane system preferences "unexpectedly quits." I have no idea what to do. But my father recently installed OS 10 on his computer and his sharing preference pane works. My only theory is that when he installed OSX on his computer he upgraded his firmware before hand, and I am not sure if I did that when I installed OSX on my computer. He also has 10.1 instead of 10.1.2. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you tomsinclair, I am stuck with the same problem.

My Computer:
- Mac OS 10.1.2
- Dual 500 MHz G4
- 384 MB RAM
- 40 GB HD

Father's Computer
- Mac OS 10.1
- 533 MHz G4
- 512 MB RAM
- 40 GB HD
