While the connection to apple via Sherlock and Help in OS 9.1 works flawlessly. In OS X there is no response what-so-ever. All other Browser, FTP, and Mail connectivity is fine. I have searched Apple's Knowledgebase and even called Apple. I have tried Apple's "connect to Apple with a browser then launch Sherlock search" suggestion as well as the clipboard remedy. Every thing else is also running well. 3 months with out a system crash... and loving it.
