Shuting down like OS9

Is their any software available which allows you to specify a time to shut the computer down like you used to be able to do with OS9, I used to love that feature

Implemented in (at least) panther: System Preferences -> Energy saver -> Schedule

I have 10.2.8 me too and I just install iBeeZz...

You can schedule when you want your computer start up, shut down, sleep, wake up, start iTunes, quit apps...

You can have a 30 days free trial. After that, it's about 10$ US to register.
