Sideways Video

Oops! I took video with my digital camera and held my camera sideways. It didn't occur to me that now my video would play sideways! So, is there a way to rotate it?
Thanks!

Turn the monitor on it’s side.

(Or rotate the display in system preferences.)

Seriously now, I did come across a utility that will flip the images somewhere but you’ll have to search for it.

If you paid for 'QuickTime Pro' ...

01. Drag the video file onto 'QuickTime Player' (either on the 'Dock', or in the '/Applications/' folder). Or launch (open, run) 'QuickTime Player', and select its' 'File, Open File...' menu item - navigate to, and select, the video file; and finally, click on the 'Open' button.
02. Select 'QuickTime Player's 'Windows, Show Movie Properties' menu item.
03. Locate and click on the row whose name is 'Video Track'.
04. Click on the respective 'Filp/Rotate' icon button, in the 'Transformation' sub-panel.
05. Click the video's red 'close' (jelly bean / crayola crayon) button, and then click on the respective dialog boxes' 'Save' button.

Ok, that worked! I wasn't able to get the iMovie plugins to work. I've learned my lesson there! Y'all provide an awesome service! Thanks!
