Simple Problem (I think!)

Hi,

I have been connected to a wireless network in my home fine since installing it. I decided to reformat my hard drive this morning becuase of consistent problems. After re-installing everything I can't connect to my wireless network.

In the Network preferences Airport has a self-assigned IP. It appears to be on the incorrect subnet. Manually assigning makes no difference.

Can anyone help?

So, your network is on automatic? What os are you using?

Turns out I had put in the WEP password using 128-bit ASCII encryption when it is actually hex. Doh! All sorted now though
