Single player RTCW demo?

I've got wolfenstein on the PC and I love it but I want to try it out on my new iMac first to see what the performance is like before I buy it. Is there a single player demo out for RTCW?
 
I heard there was one at MWSF, you might find it with some download-app, but there's nothing official on the net.
Only Multiplayer, and that's the good part of that game anyways...
 
Ok, thanks anyway. What about UT or Q3, preferably UT.

Demo's for those would be cool, I just wanna test my new Mac.
