size of web pages over 100%

I am a new MAC owner. Being curious , I click on stuff I should not. I use a particular bingo game site. Lately the window appears at more than 100% in size. I lose the bottom part of the page where important information is like the options box, chat area, full gameboard and my points information. I tried discussion forums on the apple web site, but the answers do not quite apply to my situation. I searched for a manual for safari (my Internet explorer). I am on a dial up connection and it would take me a few days to download a manual. I hope you can help me. Other sites I visit like my Yahoo are fine . Only my bingo site.

Maybe you zoomed the site inadvertently. On that site, try pressing command-zero, which will set the zoom level to default.

I tried...did not work...it is the whole window that is too big..I can't seem to shrink it back to its default size

The web site is heybingo.com You must register as a player to get to the actual bingo games. Thanks for your interest in my problem.

I don't have any problems with the site. I used Firefox and didn't try (yet) with Safari because I apparently “started” a game, closed the window and now can't get back in because “I'm already playing a game”.

But anyway, it's a fixed size page (all Flash based) so maybe you just need to resize your browser window. Drag the lower right hand corner of the browser window to resize the page.

I found the bingo cards too small and clicked somewhere somehow to make them bigger, and the whole page is bigger and I can't see the bottom part of the page, even dragging the bottom right hand corner just makes what I see smaller. You mentioned flash, so I am reinstalling my flash player. I hope this makes a difference

OK, I went back to the site to experiment with zoom in and zoom out (still using Firefox though). I normally keep Firefox set to zoom text only but I switched to allow it to zoom all page contents. Now I can zoom the entire Flash page up and down in size, so I can make the cards bigger. I can still resize the window so it's not clipped at the right hand side or bottom.

I need to look in Safari to see if it's any different.

Done.

It's the same, set zoom (in Safari's View menu) to zoom everything and I can size the entire game up or down. I can still resize the window so nothing gets clipped. I have to make it bigger when zoomed in to avoid the clipping.

Maybe you're in a situation where you can't make the window bigger by dragging the lower right hand corner because you've completely filled your screen with the Safari window. Then just go to the View menu in Safari and select actual size in the Zoom option.

In view I can only do the text, not the whole page. I may have to go to the place of purchase to see a technician. I can use the lower right hand corner to make the page smaller, but it stays at the same size as the window gets closed in.

Did you try pressing and holding the command key (apple key)
and then pressing the minus symbol key?
