small line forming from the cursor

My cursor has a small line forming off the right side of it about a 1/4 of the way down from the top. It only forms when I'm on line using firefox to brows the web. And only sometimes.

I can't find any other pattern of use that might cause it to be there. I live in a central Asian country.

I'd love to send a .tiff file of it to anyone who might want to see it.

You can attach a JPEG or PDF image of it in your post here. That way we can all see it and help troubleshoot the problem.

Could it be due to some plug-in or add-on you have installed in Firefox?
