SMB error -36 when connecting to Win2k3

Strange. Some macs can some macs cannot? also on the mac that gets this error, i swith to another local account and walla! i can get to the SMB share point on the windows server. This just happened out of nowhere? concole reports: rpc struct is bad any ideas?

Not sure if this will help but here's the following error code description:

-36 ioErr I/O error

Have you tried repairing permissions on the local disk?
