We get files from a client that are locked. I can unlock them (get read/write permissions) on my computer, but if the files get sent to the Snap server first, they are LOCKED in there: can't move them, delete them, or overwrite them. The only thing I can do is rename them: "TOSS"! How can I get rid of them?
