So a random file appeared in my Trash...

I was looking in my Trash and found a file, NoEffects#04.aif that came out of nowhere. I'm wondering how it got there, and if anyone else had it mysteriously appear in the Trash?
(By the way, if it helps, I'm running OS X Snow Leopard.)
