Hello - I'm just wondering if you're familiar with this kind of downloadable software - http://softwaremotion.com - as I'm about to buy Adobe Photoshop Mac from it. Is it for real? (Does it work and is it legal?)

Well. They don't have a phone number, or a physical mailing address.
This is clearly a bad sign. There is no legitimate contact for them - only an email enquiry. Just like every software scam out there.

The https and a locked padlock icon are what you need to look for when it comes to paying for anything using a credit card. If you can't see these secured web page requirements then don't trust the website.
