Software to create quicktours?

I want to create a demo of a web based application - I had used something like Wink on Windows (which was flash based). I would like to create a quicktime video - what software should i be using to achieve this? Please advice.

SnapzProX will take videos of your screen which you could edit down in iMovie. It cost $69 though

You could create a flash movie, using the method:

The only problem is, you have to be a geek. I never did get that to work, but I wasn't trying very hard..

It is free, though.
