Software Update 1.3.1 is gone!

I installed OS X 10.0.1 afterinstalling Software Update 1.3.1....

NOW Software Update 1.3.1 is no where to be found.....

HELP!!!!!!!!!
 
Are you missing the entire application, or only the updater? The latter was probably removed automatically. Did you look in the Trash? Myself I am installing 10.0.1 via "Software Update", which updated itself to 1.3.1. a few days ago.
