sony ericsson W800i and invisible files

when i move songs, videos, etc. onto my sony ericsson w800 mobile phone, it always transfers invisible files that start ._ . This is really annoying and it looks messy on my phone. furthermore, i can't delete the ._ files from my hpone for some reason.

how the hell do i get rid of these invisible ._xyz files!? they're so annoying.

this also happens when i move files to my usb stick and then stick it into a pc. i get files like .ds_store coming up all over the place

please help.

I've seen stuff written about this elsewhere
I think you can download something called findercleaner or other stuff that'll sort it out. Think i saw it mentioned on www.mobile.feisar.com or macosxhints.
