When I open the Speakable Items commands (say "Show me what to say"), all sections (global commands, front window, etc.) look fine except the "Application Switching" section. This one seems to grow by the hour with duplicate items. I must have some 10-15 "Switch to Firefox" entries alone.
The question is (obviously), how do I get rid of these? I am a total newbie to Macs, but pretty comfortable with Unix etc.
I searched for a solution to this far and wide and only found one reference - where the exact same question was asked (a year or so ago), but no one replied with a fix.
