I get this response when I try to get to my hotmail account on my MAC.

Also, I can not get my Messenger to work either. It tells me that my password is wrong. Do you need a differnet passwork for a different computer? I have messenger at work and when I come home I can't use it. I even tried to get a new user name & password and it still doesn't work.
 
Can you get on the internet at all? AIM (which is what I'm assuming you mean as your messenger app) stores the password on its servers, so as long as your typing in the correct screen name, the password will remain the same regardless of the computer. In iChat, when you're trying to set up a new account, make sure you're not using OS X's default, which is a .mac account... make sure it's set to AIM
