SPEWS: evil?

My ISP was recently erroneously added to the SPEWS list, and now I can't send email to tons of people in my address book... this is affecting my business... but there seems to be no way to deal with it - other than switching to another ISP. (ick...)

Anyone else here had any problems with SPEWS and know of anything that can be done to get my IP out of their list?

You can get a different E-Mail account with its own SMTP server, maybe? .mac should work, but there's free ones, too. http://www.gmx.net for example.
