Any idea why the version I downloaded from Real network will not open.
10.3.8 The icon briefly appears in the dock when double clicked then vanishes.

Spring Cleaning 6 was intended for Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) and may not be compatible with OS X 10.3.

It looks as though I have wasted my money and I will have to purchase version 7.

I had a similar situation with another s/w maker. They allowed me to d/l the newer program and charged me a small amount.
Just tell customer service by eMail about your problem.
