Starting classic from Os 10.3.4

I have never had problems starting Classic from the OsX enviornment, but for some reason I am now getting a message that says:

Classic doesn't have translated versions of the files it needs to updated in "System" on "G4 Two HD".

"G4 Two HD" being the hard drive that I have Classic installed on.
What can I do to resolve this? I have no idea what the problem is, or even what happened.

In Panther's version of Disk Utility, there's an item called "Fix OS 9 Permissions" under the file menu. Try doing that.
