Startup Problem

When i came to my mac today, it appear a message box saying.
You need to restart your computer.
And i reboot the mac, but now everytime i start the computer, the message appears again, and i can´t login in the mac.
The only way i can log is, login in in safe mode.
In safe mode the message don´t appear.
What can i do to resolve the problem?
Any ideas?
 
When you've booted into safe mode, Open your System Prefs and go to your Accounts panel. Click on your account and then on the Login Items tab. Remove anything that isn't Apple's and try rebooting again.
