Alright so I know the computer is outdated, but I'm a poor college kid who refused to buy a pc.
So I have a 15" powerbook G4 aluminium with leopard 10.5.8 installed as my OS.
Everything was going fine until a few days ago I stated getting this odd screen whenever I opened safari that froze my computer and forced me to shut down my computer. Now It won't even turn on I hit the power button and I get the grey screen with the flashing folder in the middle that flashes a question mark and the little apple face. please help!!! I've tried zapping the ram which was unseccessful. Does anyone have any ideas that won't leave me without groceries for a few weeks?
