STILL unable to use netgear

I am still having trouble using wireless internet through netgear. I wrote to you guys about this problem earlier this month and your fix only provided a temporary solution (ticket #343148). I can get wireless activity for about 30 minutes before the internet ceases. I always get an IP address from the router but only intermittent internet activity. Please send suggestions. Thank you.
 
Look up a hard reset on netgears website for your particular model of router. It wipes the router and puts it to factory defaults. So get your previous settings backed up before doing this.
 
Any chance you upgraded to Snow Leopard about this same time? There are quite a few threads on the internet about the SN upgrade ending in intermittent wireless or very slow download speeds.

I think there are some threads on macosx.com as well. I have compiled a summary of these threads and can post here if you think there is a connection to a Snow Leopard upgrade.
