Stop Login Window listing Names alphebetically

How do you stop the login panel listing the names automatically? I'd like my name at the top as I am the System Administrator. Other users are above me and this annoys me. Please Help Me!

You can't switch the order of the users, but you can tell the login window not to list any. This way the person types in their username & password, and there's no list at all. You can do this in System Preferences -> Accounts -> Login Options -> check Display Login Window as "Name and password".

Not everyone wants to enter both user and password on every login. How about just adding a space to the beginning of your login name, in the login pref panel. That's an old trick for listing that name first. Anyone know if editing your login name affects anything else other than the login window?

Go to the users panel and click your user, then "edit" change the "name" one, not the "short name" one. That way you don't have to put a space before everything you do. It should work.
