Does anyone know of a way to stop Apple Mail (on 10.4.2) from checking all POP3 accounts at the same time.
I know that I can manually check them individually, but I would like to be able to have mail automatically check one account after another as two are on the same server, and it doesn't always like multiple simultaneous account requests from the same IP address.
I also use Eudora, which does this by default, but I need to use Apple mail for these accounts, so if anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.
I have been considering writing an applescript to check the accounts individually, but I don't want to if I don't absolutely have to.
