Strange Program Describing Everything I Do

So I was innocently playing minecraft when I accidentally opened the dashboard. I forgot the shortcut to close blackboard so I'm not going to lie, I just began to press buttons. When I eventually was able to close dashboard there was this weird thing in the bottom left hand corner of the screen describing everything I did. It looks like this:

What's even more annoying is it says aloud everything it's describing. Please please please help me get rid of it.
 
It looks like you turned on the VoiceOver utility. Go to System Preferences / Universal Access, click the Seeing tab and turn VoiceOver off.
