stuff with .rmvb format...dont work?

how can i make a clip with .rmvb format to run on my comp? apparently, Realone player doesnt work and its predecessor is windows only (that i could find). also VLC isnt compatible with it too

They work for me with RealPlayer 10 (is that different from RealOne Player? I don't know). http://www.real.com/player/index.html?src=downloadr (look for the "Free RealPlayer" button hidden away at the top-right.)

Is it possible your particular files are corrupt, or misnamed?

RealOne is obsolete. The current Real player is RealPlayer.
