Suddenly printer can't be installed - "server-error-service-unavailable"

hi everyone,

i bought a xerox phaser 6110 and it worked perfectly for 2 weeks. suddenly the printer is no longer listed and i get the message "server-error-service-unavailable" when trying to install the printer. i tried just about all the fixes and nothing works.

i'm running 10.4.11 ... and i really need a fix for this.

any help?
