??? "swapfile 0" appeared on my desktop. Help please...

I uncompressed a file containing a font (that I have downloaded several times before from the same site and had no problem with), and when the font folder appeared on my desktop, so did a file called "swapfile0". I can't get it to leave. I tried removing the font and everything I could think of, but I can't move it and I can't delete it.

It keeps telling me I don't have permission to move/delete it. I'm the admin of the computer, and soooo...yeah. What is going on? I want this thing off my desktop. Please.

I have OS 10.2.8 if that helps any...=\

Go to Terminal, type "sudo rm -rf " (with the space), then drag the file to the Terminal and hit enter in the Terminal. Will ask you for your password and then get rid of it.
