Currently using Office 2011 on a MAC
Is there a way to convert the Mail File from Office 2011 to Office 2010 ?
(Go from MAC email back to a Windows PC)

Need help in this.

Outlook 2011 for Mac, uses a .olm file
You'll need to use some utility or other method that will convert that .olm file to a .pst, then import the .pst into Office 2010.

There's a few different methods to get there - Google it...

(It amazes me that it's so challenging to move from one version of Office to another, and both are essentially the same generation, just different OSes - and it's still just going from Microsoft to Microsoft. )

Am inexpensive solution to this problem is to create a IMAP account and drag emails to it. But if you have a large amount of emails you can also choose some software which can convert OLM files created with Outlook 2010 to PST format which can be imported to Outlook 2010.
