Switching to Finder

Hi

Every 2 or 3 minutes or so no matter what software I'm working in my mac keeps switching to the Finder. The only change I have made recently was to update the Quicktime Player. Can anybody help?

I am having the same problem and it occurred after the same software update. I'm running 10.4. Please help!
