syncing iphone to another machine..

My iphone was working great sync'd to my macbook pro. I then decided to plug my iphone into my girlfriends Windows Vista laptop, opened itunes and downloaded n-drive from the Apple store.. I then discovered that I can't sync my iphone with more than 1 library.. i made the decision to wipe my iphone and sync with this library as I needed the sat nav software..

My question is this.. when i take my iphone back to my macbook pro.. i presume i will have the same problem again! does anyone have any advice on how i can get round this without losing the n-drive application i just bought?

I think I may have just answered my own question.. I didn't realise that if I go back to application I have already bought via the istore.. i can simply download it again as it knows I have purchased it.. *phew*
