have a used imac with os x 10.4.11 . system admin locked do not own os disk need to install new disk after speaking with tech support still unable to launch passwrd reset with the mount -uw/ codes and sytem error came up for bonjour can u help me please?

Check pu the thread [HOWTO] Reset User Password via single user mode. Pay attention to g/re/p's suggestion on page 3. His hint should work.
