A while ago I was running out of space on my hard drive and tried moving files to another internal hard drive and now I receive this message on startup. Any idea what I need to do to fix it?

System Extension cannot be used

The system extension “/Library/Extensions/VirtualPCOSServices.kext“ was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.
 
Are you using Virtual PC?
If not, you should try removing that file. The message tells you that it's located in /Library/Extensions folder.

If you are using Virtual PC (which allows you to run Windows (slowly!) on PPC Macs), then you should try reinstalling your Virtual PC software.
