I noticed there is no way to delete an old system profile from My Account. Can this be added?

I also noticed that the user enters in the OS version, but it does not show up in the ticket page. - - - Or am I missing it?
 
I used the Help.app and uploaded a new profile and it replaced the previous one.
 
Just tried it again, and it doesn't work I used it just prior to the new site. Guess something Scott will be working on.
