Hi there,
I'm using an emac power G4 on OS X 10.3.9. and I'm having an odd problem with my system preferences. The actual application seems to have been accidently deleted but all the plist preferences still exist. The date and time is still updating itself but when i click on it, it goes straight to a finder window showing the folder contents. When I click on system preferences from the apple in the top left corner nothing happens and the icon doesnt show up at all in my applications list. Please help!! I really dont want to have to reinstall OS X.
