Arg. Lately, I've been having a problem with some of my preferences that I set in the System Preferences application.
Specifically, they are starting to unstick.
The latest culprits are the Internet preference pane (defaulted to Internet Explorer even though I had OmniWeb selected, OmniWeb is now the default since I modified the preference file, and it wasn't a problem with updating to the latest version), and the Keyboard preference pane (the delay to repeat defaulted to off and the key repeat rate defaulted to slow).
I'm thinking it might be a permissions problem, but I can't find where the preferences for these two panes are stored.
Anybody got any ideas on where the prefs are stored or how I can get them to truly stick (especially the internet browser default), without resorting to deleting Internet Explorer?
