First DON'T PANIC ! (this is joke)

Resetting any mac program is really easy. Just navigate to the folder /YourHardDrive/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/. In that Preferences folder find the file (for System Preferences) com.apple.systempreferences.plist and drag that file to your Trash Can that is in your Dock on the far right side. Then relaunch System Preferences and it should be reset to almost normal.

By delete a program's Preference file will reset that program almost back to the way it was at the first install launch. This is a very old trick in mac to reset a program.

Good luck.

thanks for your help but i put it in the trash but it still will not work! :S
