This has been irritating me for a while: Shortly after installing Jaguar on my mac, the System Preferences
command in the apple menu stopped working. I can still open System Prefs by double clicking it, and the other commands that open System Prefs in the apple menu (Dock -> Dock Preferences and Location -> Network Prefs) still work.
I would guess that *somewhere* there is an alias or something that the menu keeps around that points to the System Prefs app, but I haven't been able to locate it.
Any ideas where the above is stored or any other guesses on how to fix this?
